Authored and conducts a two-day training program for IAAM, "Developing World Class Guest Relations", which has been attended by over 100 facilities including representatives of numerous MLB, NHL and NBA teams in 1997, 1998, and 1999.

Developed customized seminars for numerous facilities.

Authored "How To Train Event Employees" manual and conducted same seminar for IAAM’s "Performing Arts Seminar" and for numerous facility types.

Created and conducts "How to Motivate Event Employees" for IAAM and numerous clients.

Edited and published Georgia Dome’s first Event Employee Handbook and Policies and Procedures manuals.

Conceived, scripted, and co-directed "Customer Service Begins with Me," an event staff training video.

Authored the "Customer Service Begins with Me" facilitation manual, which is being used by over 200 facilities in the United States.
