From colleges to minor leagues to MLB and NFL, TAME has worked with up to 1,500 staff (in smaller classes) at a venue to improve fan experiences. Supervisory skills training has proven to be invaluable in helping venues build and retain high morale staffs in large stadium environments, and a customized Train-the-Trainer program can help stadiums develop and deliver on-going and as-needed training for new staff throughout the seasons.
